Shipping Policy

Please allow 1 - 3 days processing time. Once your order leaves, the chosen shipping time at checkout will apply. 3-5 days for standard shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

As a safety precaution for our customers, we do not accept returns on any pigments, needle cartridges, or machines. For defective products, the issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery. No exceptions except for machines. Please email full description of the issue and pictures to info@essepmu.com.

Order Modifications/Cancellations

Once an order has been placed it can not be modified or cancelled. Due to our commitment for fast processing time there is no exceptions to this policy. If shipping address is incorrect, the customer is responsible for paying additional shipping costs.
